Shipping Questions:
1. When will my order be shipped?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. If the custom orders and handmand products, it's may take up to 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.
2. When will my order be delivered?
Delivery time: Orders are usually delivered within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends).
The order will be shipped to the shipping address entered by the customer when placing the order. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will provide estimated times provided by Courier operators. As the Courier operator does not provide a guaranteed time of arrival, we cannot be held responsible for any shipment delays. Due to the many orders, combined with the special status of the global and destination, orders can take approximately 6 days to 6 weeks to arrive from the delivery partner. Please note that these are only estimates and your delivery times may vary.

As a gift, please order 5 days in advance + processing time + estimated delivery time to avoid parcel delays
Most local "last mile" delivery companies do not offer weekend service, so there may be delays on weekends.
3. I can't place an order in my area

1. How to apply for a return?
General Return/Exchange Process:
Submit a return request:
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Gembea does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return orders using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the successful delivery of your return. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

2. How to cancel the order?
If you cancel your order before it ships, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid for any cancellations. This fee is to cover the credit card processing fees charged by our payment processor, which are non-refundable. Please ensure that you are ordering the correct product. If you accidentally order the wrong item and your order has not shipped, please contact us via email to make changes to your order. Do not place another order with the correct items. Once the order is shipped and in transit to your destination, we do not accept cancellations. In case of cancellation before shipping, a refund will be issued

2. What is the coverage of Gembea's jewelry warranty?
ALL:
Gemstones: It's listed as unique in color and are not guaranteed to look exactly like the image. These characteristics are what make your piece unique and should not be considered a defect.
Baroque and natural pearls: It's unique, each with its own unique look. So an irregular shape is not considered a defect
925 sterling silver/plated with 18k gold: Tarnish or oxidation is normal for 925 sterling silver and 18K gold - a natural process that can affect its appearance over time. It can affect any gold or silver jewelry, including what we often think of as solid or pure gold
The good news is that removing tarnish from 925 sterling silver and 18k gold pieces is a breeze. (Please check FAQS "how should i take care for my jewelry?")
Metal Integrity: We guarantee the structural integrity of our jewelry, covering any defects in the metalwork.
Clasp and Setting: Should there be any issues with the clasp or setting, we will repair or replace it within the warranty period.
However, please note that the warranty does not cover lost or broken items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of GEMBEA.
