1. When will the order be shipped ?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. If the custom orders and handmand products, it's may take up to 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.

As for the delivery dates, we have estimated it, and can not complete the guarantee. If there is a delay, please contact us by email: service@gembeajewelry.com, Shipping services and rates are subject to change without notice. 

 

2. Lost package

Since we gave the package to the shipping company, and they delivered the package. Sometimes there are cases where packages are lost and tracking shows delivery, but you have not yet received them. It may be out of our control. If you encounter these conditions, please file a claim within 30 days after the order is shipped and email us the information and we will initiate an insurance claim for you.

 

3. Where does package ship from?

Our warehouse is based in China. When package lands in your country, it will be delivered by local carrier.

 

4. Order Change/Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reply directly to your order confirmation email. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to arrange it for you.

6. Restriction

We are not responsible for any failure of delivery due to the negligence of the customer. Negligence includes but is not limited to the loss caused by incorrect order address/contact number/consignee name and other information/failure to pick up the goods in time. In this case, we cannot request a refund for you. If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us by email soon with your order number and the correct information.

 

7.Tariff

All shipments sent from our warehouse are subject to delivery tax. Therefore, once the parcel reaches the destination country, there is usually no duty or import tax. However, these fees, if any, must be paid by the customer, especially if you choose Courier for your order. If your order shipping includes prepaid taxes, you will not need to pay additional taxes, as the amount will be shown during the checkout shipping process. If the Customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, the Customer agrees to assume full responsibility for all return shipping, customs fees and handling charges. Please note that according to customs regulations, Gembea cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list amounts lower than the actual product price.

 

8. Delivery attention:

We understand that you would like to check the shipping progress of your order as soon as possible after you have placed your order. However Please allow 1-3 days of tracking information to be displayed. Shipping begins on the first business day after the order is shipped. In some rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order.Don’t worry about that.

Please note that we do not ship to Po boxes, APO, FPO and DPO addresses. In addition, customs procedures and regulations are different from country to country. As a consignee, you are obligated to cooperate with customs officials and provide all necessary documents to facilitate the clearance process. If you don't, this can result in delays, returns, and even confiscation of the package. Please understand that if you do not meet your obligations or provide the necessary cooperation, Gembea will not be liable and we will not refund you.

As some carrier services experience unexpected delays in transit or minor delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. Making sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible is our top priority.

 

9. Shipping Time 

Our estimated delivery time = order processing time(1-3 business days) + shipping time.

You can calculate the delivery estimate by calculating the processing time of the order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method of your choice.
